Mobile Service Policy

At-residence session pricing is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees for travel, setup, or equipment. What you see is what you pay.

At-residence sessions are available within a 20-mile radius of Woodland Hills (zip code 91304). Travel within this area is included in your session rate with no added charge.

For locations beyond 20 miles, a travel fee of $2.50 per additional mile applies and will be invoiced separately at the time of booking confirmation. Please reach out before booking so we can confirm availability and calculate the exact travel fee for your location.

To deliver a full session, the following space is needed at your location:

• A clear area of approximately 7 × 5 feet for the massage table setup
• Access to an electrical outlet within reach of the setup area
• Flat, accessible parking within 50 feet of the entrance for equipment transport. The service vehicle is a full-size truck requiring a minimum overhead clearance of 7 feet. Covered parking structures below this height cannot be used — please ensure open or high-clearance parking is available, or note this when booking
• A comfortable indoor temperature, the practitioner will be working physically and needs a climate-controlled environment

Mobile sessions require advance preparation and travel. Please respect the time and planning that goes into each visit.

• 24-hour notice required for all cancellations and reschedules
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee
• Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice: $100 fee
• No-shows or door cancellations upon arrival: full session rate charged

Please be freshly showered and ready to begin within a reasonable time of the practitioner's arrival. Mobile sessions operate on a set timeline, and preparation time is included in the scheduled window.

Please avoid heavy perfumes, colognes, or scented products before your session.

Ensure that the session area is clean, free of clutter, and ready for the table setup upon arrival. A few minutes of preparation before the appointment time makes a significant difference.

All Zenfinity mobile sessions are strictly therapeutic in nature. The practitioner reserves the right to end any session and leave the premises immediately if the environment or conduct is unsafe or inappropriate. In such cases, the full session fee applies.

Please disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medications when booking. This ensures your session can be adapted safely to your current state.
