Studio Policy

All sessions are held by appointment only. Walk-ins are not available. This ensures that when you arrive, the space has been intentionally prepared, temperature, ambiance, and energy, for your session specifically.

The studio address is shared privately in your booking confirmation email. This is done intentionally to preserve the privacy and discretion of the space.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. This gives you space to transition, to leave the noise of your day at the door and arrive in your body before we begin.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. Your session ends at the originally scheduled time out of respect for clients following you. The full session rate applies regardless of arrival time.

Your time is reserved exclusively for you. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, that time cannot be offered to someone else in need.

• 24-hour notice required for all cancellations and reschedules
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: full session rate charged

Bodywork involves close physical contact and requires a clean body. Please arrive freshly showered before your session.

A private shower is available at the studio if you need it upon arrival, simply let us know when booking and we will arrange extra time accordingly.

Please avoid heavy perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions before your session, as many clients and practitioners are sensitive to strong scents.

All sessions at Zenfinity Bodywork are strictly therapeutic in nature. This is a professional somatic bodywork practice rooted in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and physical tension release.

Any request for services outside the therapeutic scope will result in immediate termination of the session and the full session fee will be charged. There are no exceptions.

Please disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, surgeries, or medications at the time of booking. This information allows your session to be tailored safely to your body's current state.

If you are feeling unwell, running a fever, or experiencing contagious symptoms, please reschedule. We appreciate your consideration for the health of the practitioner and other clients.
